If you find it difficult to commit to classes because of your schedule, one-to-one yoga sessions can be a great solution, either in a studio or in the comfort of your own home, including sessions via Zoom.
Your own surroundings will help you relax and you can enjoy your personalised yoga session at a time that suits you.

If you are new to yoga, and not sure where to start, I would recommend a course of 5-6 sessions to build your knowledge and confidence before joining an open level class.
